It all began in the late 1980s, in a small kitchen in India. A curious young boy, studying in the 10th standard, spent his evenings not just with books, but with bottles of oil, scraps of herbs, and bits of turmeric. Fascinated by nature’s power, he conducted small, experimental blends with coconut oil, castor oil, neem, and anything else he could get his hands on.

One day, when an unexpected skin reaction – urticaria – flared up on his arms, he didn’t run to the doctor. Instead, he ran to his makeshift “lab” in the kitchen.

He heated coconut oil in an old pan, stirred in castor oil, neem oil, and a pinch of turmeric. He cautiously added a few drops of caustic lye, a tip he’d picked up from his grandfather, and watched as the mixture transformed into a thick, golden paste.

After it cooled, he applied the homemade potion to his irritated skin.

To his amazement, the concoction foamed up like a soap or shampoo and left his skin not only clean but calm, refreshed, and almost healed. Maybe that was the first shampoo, hand wash, or body wash of those times….

This wasn’t just a remedy. It was a discovery.

That curious young boy grew up to become Dr. ARK, the founder of Vithania Life Sciences.
