Vithania Life Sciences has a transparent return and refund system, making it convenient for users. If you are not satisfied with the product received, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase. The conditions to be eligible for return are:

• The product must be unused and in its original form, with the tags intact and in original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will initiate the refund process after inspection. After approval, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund duration might differ based on your payment mode and bank. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at vithanialifesciences@gmail.com for further assistance.

Please note that the shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package. We will assess the issue and get back to you.

Non-Returnable Items
